The Meditation console by Hervé Van der Straeten is an engineering feat. Made up entirely of stainless-steel tubes, it’s constructed so that just one incorrect placement would cause the table to lean or displace the flat top. The cylinders, which grow smaller and smaller as they bubble to the surface, artfully evoke a sense of motion in the static object.
