บ้านหรูหราระดับ Ultra-Luxury กำลังจะเกิดขึ้นในลาสเวกัส

“ตลาดบ้านที่ปรับแต่งได้เองทั้งหมดกำลังเป็นที่นิยมมากขึ้น" Miller กล่าวเสริม นอกจาก Wahlberg แล้ว ยังมีคนดังอีกหลายคนที่กำลังลงทุนในลาสเวกัส เช่น Maxx Crosby ดาราดังจากทีม Raiders และ Oscar De La Hoya อดีตนักมวย ต่างก็กำลังเดินหน้าเข้าสู่ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในเมืองนี้

A-list actor and producer Mark Wahlberg is aiming to transform Las Vegas into Hollywood 2.0. With the upcoming Sony movie studio groundbreaking and the Golden Knights’ national title win, the demand for high-end housing is rising. Landon Miller, owner of Landon Miller Homes, is seizing the opportunity by building ultra-luxury residences to meet the demand.

Miller states, “With the approved plans for a Sony movie studio and the presence of the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden Knights, demand for ultra-luxury real estate is expected to surge." He plans to reflect California’s luxury architectural styles in Las Vegas.

The first project is a $22.9 million estate in Southern Highlands, featuring a 9,500-square-foot three-story home with lavish amenities. Construction has begun, and completion is expected by fall 2025.

Miller remarks, “Despite Las Vegas’ rapid growth and renowned entertainment scene, the city has surprisingly few ultra-luxe homes." This project is the first of many $15 million-plus homes he plans to design and construct throughout the valley, each offering unique architectural styles and perks.

Miller adds, “There’s a growing trend towards fully customized homes." Wahlberg isn’t the only celebrity investing in Las Vegas. Raiders star Maxx Crosby and former boxer Oscar De La Hoya are among those making real estate moves in the city.
