A culinary journey merging artisanal houte cuisines, expertly prepared by W Hotel Bangkok, Pernod Ricard
Selected group of successful elites were treated to a nostalgic CEO Dinner hosted by Robb Report Thailand at the exclusive private dining room of the ever-so-gorgeous House on Sathorn on Friday September 30th.
A Dinner in Time featured a culinary journey merging artisanal houte cuisines, expertly prepared by Chef Fatih Tutak of W Hotel Bangkok, and fine wine by Pernod Ricard. Mr. Tutak’s Turkish background and experiences across the world’s top tables, notably at NOMA, took delighted diners through Fun Dining. Extraordinary dishes include “Early Morning at Tsukiji Market" (maguro / truffle / miso), and a classic “Steak & Chips",with one odd pomme frite cut so lenghty you could easily turn it into a baton.
The seven courses were paired expertly by Liepa Olsauskaite, Wine Ambassador of Pernod Ricard Thailand. Both Mr Tutak and Miss Olsauskaite informatively recited each pairing, and the esteemed guests were taken on a historical food and wine journey, from the Southern Hemisphere to the old world of French grapes. Mr. Michael von Schilppe, President of Indochine Media, completed the enjoyable evening with his insightful yet entertaining anecdotes between courses.
