For the first time for 32 years, the NTT INDYCAR SERIES returned to the streets of Downtown Detroit for the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear. As part of the celebrations, the world’s leading model makers Amalgam Collection were commissioned to produce a unique model of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES racing car in the livery of the 2023 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear.
This very special model sold for $50k at the PwC Grand Prixmiere presented by Chevrolet dinner on Friday, raising substantial funds for local charities. The specially created model of the Dallara IR-12 Indy Car is a perfect replica of the show car exhibited around Detroit and the surrounding areas in the build-up to the Grand Prix.
