May 12, 2024 – Chef Saurabh Sachdeva will be bringing his signature interpretations of progressive Indian charcoal cuisine to Bang Tao’s Mrs B Bar & Table for one night only on Tuesday June 18, 2024. With a background of successful collaborations with outstanding chefs, as well as the honour of having won the Iron Chef Thailand award, it promises to be an evening of outstanding flavours.
The renowned Chef Saurabh usually helms the stunning rooftop restaurant at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – MGallery, Tambu. He is famous for his innovative approach to traditional tastes and techniques. With a commitment to using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Saurabh crafts sophisticated dishes that reflect his passion for Indian cuisine and dedication to culinary excellence.
The tented Tambu restaurant is inspired by India’s Mughal era, creating an atmosphere of opulence and luxury to pair with the breathtaking sunset views. The menu combines North Indian recipes with a creative approach to Tandoori charcoal cuisine, making use of premium ingredients and local inspirations. The results include dishes like butter garlic Andaman prawns, grilled chili lime fish, and larb paani puri.
