Central Park Tower, the world’s tallest residential building, affords tenants a host of bragging rights, from access to its exclusive Central Park Club to a 60-foot outdoor heated pool. Of its 179 luxe condos by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, Sky House crowns the tower (1,386 feet above Manhattan) as its highest duplex penthouse with 14-foot ceilings and dizzying Central Park views. Eight bedrooms and ten baths span the mansion-sized dwellings of 11,535 square feet, which spread across the 127th and 128th floors. In addition to its ballroom-scale grand salon, a 39-foot gallery and nearby library are key features. The new owners of the pad—currently in contract to be sold for an unknown price—have access to another 50,000 square feet of Extell-developed amenities too, including a cigar lounge and screening room. Best of all, perhaps, there’s 24-hour concierge service.
