Pull out your checkbook so we don’t have to. This Bel Air estate, known as Casa Encantada, can be yours for $195 million, a dramatic price cut from its previous listing of $250 million. Loosely translated as “Enchanted House," the epic property has racked up quite the list of previous owners. Retired Dole Food Products chairman David Murdock owned it before hotel magnate Conrad Hilton occupied the property, and most recently, late billionaire telecom pioneer Gary Winnick and his family have been calling Casa Encantada home. Famed architect Peter Marino has put his own stamp on the 8.4-acre spread, which features a circa 1930s residence with seven bedrooms and 20 baths spread across 40,000 square feet. The hefty price tag is also reflected in the lengthy list of amenities: a pool pavilion with a bar and a movie theater, plus a subterranean tunnel that connects two holes of the adjacent Bel Air Country Club golf course, just for starters.
