OLIVER PEOPLES & ROGER FEDERER RELEASE THEIR FALL WINTER 24 CAMPAIGN & COLLECTION

Bangkok, Thailand, 20 November 2024 – Oliver Peoples and Roger Federer are pleased to release their Fall Winter 2024 eyewear campaign and collection. The second series, in their multi-year partnership under the Roger Federer (“RF") and Oliver Peoples brands, is introduced with a campaign shot by famed photographer, Lachlan Bailey, at the iconic John Lautner designed, Silvertop House.

Set against the golden light of Los Angeles, Roger is captured in the hometown of Oliver Peoples. The imagery immerses the tennis icon in the world of the heritage eyewear brand. With a mid-century modern architectural backdrop, poolside reflections, and silhouettes of palm trees in view, it’s a snapshot of the city Oliver Peoples is inspired by. Much like the collection itself, the campaign also blends the world of RF and OP with this LA light and scenery captured on the tennis courts of Silvertop – putting the new collection of RF Oliver Peoples truly in action.

“It was exciting to bring the latest chapter of RF Oliver Peoples to Los Angeles. The California sun and overall sense of style served as a great backdrop for the new collection. The designs are innovative and modern while still being elegant and refined. I love the new color palette we created and the extra options for color-enhancing lenses. The collection feels like a natural progression of the collaboration." – Roger Federer

This season builds on the initial release with six new styles, including sunglasses, shields, and optical. The new collection continues to push the boundaries of what luxury performance eyewear can be. Shapes include teardrop, upswept, and shield designs. Alongside, all lenses are made of high optical quality and can be found in new colorways with color enhancement technology, polarization, mirrored effect, or gradient detail.

Each pair includes the collaboration exclusive details that the partnerships has become known for – including a functional temple with a custom corewire pattern inspired by the strings of vintage tennis racquets, RF branding throughout, octagonal shaped temple tips inspired by the end of a tennis racquet, and rubber grip nose pads and temple tips to help support a consistent fit throughout performance wear.

“With the second RF Oliver Peoples collection, we continue to champion luxury, high-performance eyewear. Our vision is to create eyewear that is defined by elegance, style, and precision while simultaneously pairing with any activity the day brings. Each frame is carefully crafted to honor timeless design and modern sophistication. This collection represents a milestone in our journey, reflecting our commitment to innovation while staying true to our roots." – Rocco Basilico, Oliver Peoples President
