ART Promenade: Thai-Lanna Edition

Now until 30 April 2025 at Hotel Hallway

Following the success of two ART Promenade exhibitions in 2024, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok proudly continues this initiative, reaffirming our dedication to art and craftsmanship. The Thai-Lanna Edition celebrates Lanna culture, an independent state in what is now northern Thailand, shaped by a rich blend of Thai and Burmese traditions. Three acclaimed artists from the region have come together to showcase their interpretations of Lanna’s heritage through an aesthetic lens:

Pornchai Jaima – Known for his deep-rooted connection to Lanna traditions, Pornchai’s works are inspired by the unique way of life of the Lanna people in past centuries.

Songdej Thipthong – Merging traditional and innovative artistic styles, Songdej’s pieces reflect Buddhist faith and daily life.

Arnan Ratchawang-inn – Renowned for his explorations of motherhood and spirituality, Arnan’s works range from depictions of the Rice Goddess to sculptures inspired by Buddhist philosophy.

As Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2025, each participating artist from ART Promenade editions will donate one artwork for auction. Proceeds will support the charitable endeavours of BE Health Association, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility and community welfare in Thailand.
