VILLA ZEGNA Dubai is a manifestation of the Founder’s legacy – one that began in Trivero, Italy, and now finds new expression in the heart of the desert. The journey begins with a symbolic welcome into Oasi Zegna, where the Park Rangers of the Oasi greet guests with a map – an invitation not only to explore a place but also a way of exploring. The air is filled with the sound of birds in flight – an echo of Birds’ Valley, where more than 120 species are brought to life through immersive sound design. Centennial tree trunks rise in the Tree Gallery, forming a living archive of resilience and memory. From here, visitors descend to a new area, where they encounter a powerful video installation that unfolds across the walls, placing the Founder’s vision at its core. Where others saw bare mountains, he imagined a forest; where others saw raw fibres, he envisioned the world’s finest fabrics. Blending archival images, abstract movement, and immersive sound, the piece traces a journey of transformation – one that now finds new resonance in Dubai: a city shaped by ambition and imagined for the future.
After the screening, guests step into the main room. A vision of an oasis, it is a garden composed of sand and trees, light and stillness, where the ZEGNA Summer 2026 Fashion Show was unveiled. At its heart stands a grove of Ghaf trees – the national tree of the UAE – quietly in dialogue with the space: resilient, rooted, and radiant with meaning. Just as the Founder once planted trees to transform the land, these Ghaf trees will be replanted at the end of the experience – becoming a living bridge between oases, united by vision. In this space, VILLA ZEGNA will host remarkable talks with brilliant minds from around the world. These are not conferences but modern salons – spaces where ideas are shared in confidence, and cultural dialogue flourishes. An exclusive ZEGNA Cafe completes the scene, set in the garden and overlooking the symbolic windows of the Founder’s house.
From here, guests are invited to approach the main door of VILLA ZEGNA. They ring the bell. As the door opens, a corridor appears, leading – almost as if by magic – into a faithful reconstruction of Ermenegildo Zegna’s office. Inside, sketches, handwritten notes, technical drawings, and personal objects offer a glimpse into the Founder’s focused and generous mind. The Fragrance Room marks the beginning of a new chapter in ZEGNA’s olfactive expression. Here, guests are invited to discover Il Conte, a limited-edition fragrance created exclusively for VILLA ZEGNA by master perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. Blending a Leather Accord, Vanilla Tahitensis infusion, and benzoin resinoid, it evokes the Founder’s quiet daily rituals – his desk, his tools, his atmosphere.
From scent to style, the path continues through the Founder’s wardrobe – a transitional space lined with garments, fabrics, and details drawn from Ermenegildo Zegna’s original wardrobe. This immersive space is not about display, but about presence – each garment feels lived, personal, and quietly powerful.
Beyond the Founder’s wardrobe lies the most private space: an environment of absolute quiet and distinction. Here, select garments – created exclusively for VILLA ZEGNA and unavailable elsewhere – are revealed with discretion. Around them, archival objects and tools reflect the evolution of ZEGNA’s style codes.
