Renowned for his expertise in traditional Indian cooking and heritage recipes, Chef Raj’s menu showcases rich spices and diverse regional specialties, offering an authentic taste of India’s culinary heritage.
The menu features signature Indian dishes such as Chicken Tikka—tender chicken marinated with yogurt and spices, grilled in a traditional tandoori oven. Butter Chicken, a classic dish from Delhi, offers rich and creamy flavors. Dal Makhani, slow-cooked black lentils, and Palak Paneer, cottage cheese with spinach and spices, are beloved North Indian specialties. For dessert, enjoy Ras Malai, a sweet treat from Kolkata known for its delicate texture and unique origin.
The Indian dining experience is available à la carte from 1 to 7 June, daily from 11:00 to 23:00 hrs, at The Ping Cuisine and Bar.
