Bernadette Rankine may helm the South East Asian office of Some of my favourite things are the glass fish floats I received from my boyfriend after he returned from a trip to Vanuatu. The natives use these to keep the nets they cast from sinking in the water. The floats are of blown glass and coloured and they aren’t being made anymore. He paid only US$10 or US$15 for them and hand-carried them all the way home in a sealed box.
