Irish professional mixed martial artist and boxer Conor McGregor was spotted this week wearing a vintage Patek Philippe Ellipse in yellow gold, Ref. 3738/118. McGregor rose to global fame as a UFC fighter, becoming the first UFC champion to simultaneously hold titles in both the Featherweight and Lightweight classes. In addition to his love of fighting, he also has a passion for watches and owns several Patek Philippe models, including two Nautilus chronographs, two Annual Calendar Chronographs, a Calatrava Skeleton, and a Rare Handcrafts Calatrava. Photographed here is Patek Philippe’s latest Ellipse which retails for $38,060.
