Devasom Sol Festival Presents Two Groundbreaking Culinary Experiences: Nothing Sacred’s “Seafood & Sound” Beach Dinner & Haawm Thai Supper Club by Chef Dylan Eitharong

Khao Lak, Thailand, 25 April 2025  — This May, the upcoming Devasom Sol Festival (from 1 -11 May 2025)at Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort is proud to unveil two exceptional, immersive dining events that promise to ignite the senses and celebrate culinary innovation at its finest. The first dinner will showcase delicious cuisine by Nothing Sacred, the acclaimed Bangkok-based chef’s counter, led by a two-time Grammy Award winner, Chef Alex Jarvis, and creative director Nicole Scott, who will  partner with No Bar Wine Bar for an exclusive beachfront dining experience on Saturday and Sunday, 3-4 May, 2025.

Then the following week, Chef Dylan Eitharong from Haawm Bangkok – a cult favourite with foodies from all around the globe, will bring his ‘supper club’ specialties for an evening of Thai cuisine on Saturday and Sunday, 10-11 May 2025.

Seafood & Sound Beach Dinner with Nothing Sacred and No Bar Wine Bar

Step into an audacious world of taste and sound as Bangkok’s avant-garde chef’s counter, Nothing Sacred, takes over the shores of Khao Lak for a night unlike any other with carefully selected local ingredients for this special Devasom Sol Festival 2025. This seven-course seafood-forward experience pushes the boundaries of fine dining—melding bold Thai ingredients, fermentation, Japanese precision, and Western culinary techniques.

But the journey doesn’t stop at the palate. As Chef Alex infuses each dish with a custom-composed soundscape, transforming dinner into a multi-sensory performance. The 7- course menu is paired with curated wines by No Bar Wine Bar, completing the symphony of flavour, aroma, and rhythm.

Haawm Thai Supper Club by Chef Dylan Eitharong

The following week, one of Thailand’s most celebrated chefs, Dylan Eitharong of Haawm Bangkok—a cult favourite among global food lovers—will take over for two unforgettable nights, Saturday and Sunday, 10–11 May 2025. Known for his signature ‘supper club’ style, Chef Dylan will bring his bold and soulful take on Thai cuisine to the table, spotlighting heritage recipes and local ingredients, and promising an evening that’s equal parts intimate, inventive, and unmissable.

Born in Florida and raised in kitchens from street pop-ups to Bangkok’s culinary underground, Eitharong blends classical technique with personal storytelling in every dish—from Saengwa of local fish to a fiery Southern sour prawn curry.
