Guided by visually impaired experts, your evening will unfold without light as attentive service ensures your every bite is meaningful and sparks a new perspective. At Dine in the Dark, you will explore flavors with your other senses – touch, taste, smell, and sound – to fully experience the textures and essence of a specially crafted four-course menu. Thoughtfully prepared by the hotel’s seasoned chefs, these dishes offer a harmonious blend of diverse flavors.
- Tender Seared Scallop with Green Pea Sauce, Apple Coleslaw and Crispy Potato Croquettes with Truffle Cream
- Northern-style Egg Noodle Curry Soup with Chicken, cooked with a special spice recipe for extra fragrance
- Salmon Confit Green Pea, Tarragon Hollandaise, Roasted Duck with Orange Sauce, Mashed potatoes, Tropica Cracker, and Baby Carrot
- Then, conclude the meal with extraordinary Thai Tea Mochi, Coconut Tuile, and Lemongrass Sherbet
