London, June 10, 2025 – Dorchester Collection is delighted to share its latest news from across its portfolio of ten hotels, including seasonal partnerships, new summer menus and a major spa renovation.
UK
The Dorchester Garden has opened for the season, offering a new menu of handcrafted treats from Cake & Flowers. Guests can choose from an array of delights including the Dorchester Rose mousse, a vegan chocolate cake, or a strawberry mille-feuille. A bespoke Cake & Flowers ice cream cart will serve house-made sandwiches in flavours such as peanut butter and jelly and cookies and cream. Guests can cool off with The Garden Frozé cocktail made from rosé wine or a non-alcoholic Summer Spritz made with Wild Idol. The ‘Taste of Summer’ menu is priced at £58 and includes cakes, a glass of champagne, and a hot drink.
The Promenade will offer themed afternoon teas celebrating key British cultural events. The Royal Ascot (June 16 to 22) afternoon tea includes a Battenberg cake trolley, Wimbledon (June 30 to July 13) with a strawberries and cream trolley and finally, a British Summer Time trolley featuring freshly prepared Eton Mess.
At Vesper Bar, the Vesper Invites series returns on June 29 with a celebration of Italian cocktail culture. Four bars from The World’s 50 Best – Drink Kong (Rome), Locale Firenze, Moebius Milano and 1930 (Milan) – will take over the space across two lively sessions. Guests can expect live Italian swing music, guest bartenders, and complimentary cicchetti.
CUT at 45 Park Lane will launch its summer terrace CUT Out from June 4 through August 31. With views of Hyde Park, executive chef Elliott Grover will present a menu of elevated seafood dishes, from King’s Imperial Caviar doughnuts to grilled Dover sole goujonnettes and Black Cod tostadas. The culinary offering will be perfectly complemented by a collection of spritz cocktails and premium summer beverages.
Inside at BAR 45, cocktail culture takes a new direction with Simplicity, a menu of six flavour-forward cocktail categories: Crisp, Rich, Umami, Negroni, Rare and Zero. Each drink incorporates refined techniques such as Greek yoghurt washing and sous pression freezing, with standout selections including the sesame and coconut Negroni, and the Bacchus Kiss featuring Mount Gay XO rum and banana.
Cocktails are priced at £24 and the new cocktail concepts are available alongside BAR45’s elevated comfort food menu.
Coworth Park has launched its newly reimagined spa, offering an elevated wellness experience in the heart of the Berkshire countryside. Designed around a journey of the senses, the spa has a series of new features including an expanded thermal suite with a new sauna featuring meadow views, a steam room lined with citrine tiles, an invigorating snow shower, and an experience shower.
The gym has also been expanded and upgraded with the latest Technogym Artis equipment, making Coworth Park the first hotel in the UK to introduce this new luxury line. At the heart of the gym a state of-the-art Technogym Check-up machine uses AI to assess wellness levels and deliver bespoke workout programmes. The updated treatment menu features personalised therapies created in partnership with leading skincare brands including ishga, Wildsmith Skin, and Made for Life. As part of a new partnership with Natura Bissé, a pop-up treatment pod, the Natura Bissé Oxygen Bubble, will be available throughout the summer where guests can breathe 99.99% pure air. A new 360-degree consultation process and custom treatment soundtracks will further elevate all treatments.
Rounding out the experience the refreshed Spa Café, has a new menu created by executive chef Adam Smith, incorporating health-focused options such as fresh juices and salads, as well as comforting favourites to enjoy.
PARIS
At Hotel Plaza Athénée, La Cour Jardin has reopened for the summer season with a new menu drawing inspiration from the flavours of Brittany. Notable options include artichoke carpaccio, langoustines with vinaigrette, and barbecued lobster. Desserts follow the same regional focus, including kouign-amann millefeuille and crêpe cake. La Cour Jardin is open daily for lunch and dinner.
From June 29 to July 6, La Cour Jardin will transform into an open-air theatre with the return of The Plaza Cinema Club. The outdoor cinema will feature themed menus aligned with each screening, continuing the collaboration with MK2 productions.
La Terrasse Montaigne, the hotel’s street-facing terrace with views of the Eiffel Tower, has also reopened for the season. The seafood-focused menu features dishes such as tuna tartare, lobster spaghetti, and curry-spiced trout salad. The terrace operates daily, with extended hours Thursday through Saturday.
This year marks the 185th anniversary of Rodin’s birth and to celebrate, guests at Le Meurice can discover the extraordinary story of love and torment that shaped the artist’s life. Led by a knowledgeable and passionate guide, the ‘Rodin – Love and Torment’ trail forms part of Dorchester Collection’s series of ‘Legendary Artists’ Trails’ and offers guests an opportunity to be transported back in time as they learn about the life and career of the ‘Father of Modern Sculpture’.
The tour begins with a stroll through the Tuileries Gardens on the doorstep of Le Meurice, where a life-size cast of Rodin’s famous ‘The Kiss’ can be admired, before heading to the Musée Rodin and its sculpture garden. Guests will discover what led to Rodin’s rise to success, despite being rejected from art school three times, as well as how a secret affair with one of his students ended in tragedy.
As part of its summer offerings, the Valmont Spa at Le Meurice will invite guests to unwind with its signature seasonal treatment: the Californian massage. Often referred to as the “touch of the heart," this gentle, rhythmic ritual is designed to soothe muscles, firm the body and calm the mind. The experience will be enhanced with a mineral-rich sea salt foot scrub that exfoliates and revives, leaving guests feeling refreshed and renewed for the season ahead.
Hotel Eden will be unveiling Eden Home, an exclusive new tableware collection created in partnership with renowned artist Coralla Maiuri. This collaboration marks a meeting of art and hospitality, bringing Coralla’s distinctive porcelain designs into the heart of the guest experience. Known for her bold use of colour, texture and form, Maiuri’s creations will be featured as part of the in-suite dining experience. The Eden Home collection will reflect the hotel’s timeless elegance and deep commitment to artistic expression, offering guests a unique and immersive design experience.
Building on the success of last autumn’s Collector’s Home experience, curator Corinna Turati alongside Hotel Eden will soon debut four new cultural journeys exclusive to guests. These bespoke experiences will unlock hidden parts of the city and offer rare access to private art collections, ancient ruins, and working artists’ studios. Highlights will include a guided visit to a miniature Sistine Chapel-style oratory, private access beneath the Roman Senate, and a curated exploration of Janiculum Hill that culminates in an after-hours candlelit tour of Villa Farnesina. Each itinerary will include transfers, refreshments, and the insight of a dedicated art historian, connecting guests to Rome’s lesser known yet profound stories.
On the culinary front, executive chef Salvatore Bianco will introduce new seasonal menus across the hotel’s restaurants, rooted in traditional techniques and locally sourced ingredients. From creative tasting menus at La Terrazza to relaxed, shareable dishes at Il Giardino Ristorante, the hotel continues to highlight regional flavours while adopting sustainable sourcing and delivery methods.
Hotel Principe di Savoia is now offering an exclusive day trip to Lake Iseo, available until September 30. Guests can travel from Milan to the lake and then board a classic Riva Aquarama for a private cruise. The itinerary includes lunch at a lakeside restaurant and a private tour of the Riva Vintage Collection, one of the most extensive archives of vintage Riva boats. Designed for up to four guests, the experience includes round-trip transportation, the boat cruise, and a curated dining experience. Reservations are required; pricing is available upon request.
At the hotel, Acanto restaurant has reintroduced its seasonal garden menu by executive chef Matteo Gabrielli. Guests can enjoy an al fresco BBQ lunch featuring grilled meats and fish prepared on a green egg, served with antipasti and seasonal Italian dishes in the restaurant’s outdoor garden setting.
LOS ANGELES
The Beverly Hills Hotel is bringing British afternoon tea back to the Polo Lounge until June 28, in collaboration with sister property, The Dorchester in London. The service features a selection of tea, sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and preserves, as well as seasonal pastries served on The Dorchester’s signature bone china. The menu includes items inspired by British afternoon tea traditions with a Californian perspective, using local ingredients and presented with classic service. Afternoon tea is offered Thursday through Saturday with seatings at 2.30 and 3.30pm. Reservations are recommended.
Additional summer offerings at the hotel include the return of The Beverly Hills Hotel movie series, which will take place in July and August, with film screenings taking place under the palms with themed menus and snacks. The Cabana Cafe will also extend its weekend hours from May until September, offering a relaxed atmosphere for sunset cocktailing and dining poolside. Live entertainment is also offered on select evenings.
At Hotel Bel-Air this summer, The Restaurant will unveil a fresh new look to the storied Los Angeles dining destination that celebrates the beauty of the hotel’s gardens and sprawling bougainvillea. New summer offerings will include a garden spritz menu, a roaming pastry cart, and Sunday family-style dinners. Throughout July and August, the hotel’s outdoor movie series invites guests to enjoy classic films under the stars, paired with themed culinary offerings, signature cocktails, and nostalgic snacks—all set against the enchanting backdrop of the hotel’s lush landscape.
Later in the season, Hotel Bel-Air will host the return of its celebrated end-of-summer barbecue event, led by culinary director Joe Garcia. Set in the hotel’s gardens, the evening will feature a collaborative dining experience with a group of acclaimed chefs, offering a variety of barbecue styles paired with curated wines and spirits. In support of Chefs to End Hunger, all excess food will be distributed to those in need.
DUBAI
The Lana has introduced a seasonal afternoon tea experience in The Gallery, available from May 2 until August 31. Guests can enjoy a selection of savoury finger sandwiches, scones with accompaniments, and desserts crafted by pastry chef Angelo Musa. The menu is designed to reflect both European patisserie traditions and regional flavours. An iced tea station complements the service with a rotating selection of blends. Live piano music accompanies the afternoon tea which is served daily from 2.30 to 5.30pm.
