Park Hyatt Bangkok unveils The Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine. Indulge in an elevated Catalan dining experience with cuisine prepared from the best seasonal ingredients while enjoying the most extensive list of Spanish wines available in Bangkok.

Located on the 9th floor of Park Hyatt Bangkok, The Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine is a sophisticated dining venue featuring floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for a bright, natural ambiance. The restaurant’s open kitchen gives diners a unique perspective to watch as the chefs interpretation of traditional Catalan dishes are brought to life through expert culinary techniques.

At the helm of The Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine is Chef Ferran Tadeo. Catalan-born and now Bangkok-based, Chef Ferran has worked at several of the world’s leading Michelin-starred restaurants, and was the Executive Chef at Catalunya and La Rambla in Hong Kong prior to his tenure as Head Chef of The Embassy Room. Inspired by his travels, the heritage of Catalan cuisine and family recipes, Chef Ferran endeavors to provoke emotional reactions to Catalan cuisine.

“The inspiration for my dishes comes from remembering dishes from my childhood. Some of them are dishes I loved to eat, while others have been part of my career," said Chef Ferran. “Guests need to come to eat here because they will discover the flavors, textures, and emotions of Catalan cuisine, for many, food they have never dined on before. The restaurant will provide an exceptional experience from the food to the service, to the music and overall ambiance."

The Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine is open daily for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant introduces an enticing new cuisine to the city of Bangkok. The Embassy Room is the only restaurant in Bangkok to offer authentic yet refined Catalan fare and an impeccable list of Spanish wines from the most sought-after regions in Spain. Diners can expect the freshest seafood, highest quality cuts of meat and vegetables.

The Embassy Room offers three tasting menus available daily to complement the list of 119 Spanish wines. The lunch menu (Dinar): THB 1,400++ (3 courses) or THB 1,800++ (4 courses), the dinner menu (Ambaixador): THB 3,800++, and the dinner menu (Panot): THB 4,700++. Additional Iberian wine pairing available with the dinner tastings menus.
