From Provence to the Sky Sirocco by lebua Presents an Elevated Rosé Wine Journey in Collaboration with Château la Tour de l’Évêque

Bangkok, Thailand – From August 1 to 3, 2025, lebua invites guests to an exclusive celebration of fine wine, timeless terroir, and rooftop elegance at Sirocco by lebua. In partnership with Italasia, the distinguished importer of fine wines, lebua presents a curated experience featuring the acclaimed biodynamic wines of Château la Tour de l’Évêque, one of Provence’s most storied estates.

 

This limited three-night engagement promises more than a wine tasting—it is an elevated journey that captures the spirit of French winemaking innovation, set against the spectacular backdrop of Bangkok’s evening skyline.

At the center of the experience is Pétale de Rose, the estate’s signature cuvée and the first-ever pale rosé crafted in Provence. Created by Régine Sumeire in 1985 and now produced at Château la Tour de l’Évêque, this iconic wine is celebrated for its delicate hue and refined structure. Hand-harvested at night, gently pressed whole-cluster using a Champagne-style press, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it is the result of a winemaking philosophy that blends nature, tradition, and artistry.

From the lychee-pink vibrance of Pétale de Rose 2024 to the deep ruby elegance of Rouge 2017—known for its herbal complexity and aging potential—guests are invited to explore the rich spectrum of styles that Château la Tour de l’Évêque is known for. With limited bottles available each evening, this is a rare opportunity to discover wines not typically found by the glass in Thailand.

In keeping with lebua’s commitment to bespoke hospitality, there is no set menu—instead, a special wine list will be presented, offering guests the freedom to enjoy the wines by the glass, bottle, or curated tasting flight. Whether paired with Sirocco’s acclaimed à la carte offerings or the Chef’s seasonal tasting menu, each pour is a celebration of provenance and palate.

Perched on the 64th floor, Sirocco by lebua is a destination. Each evening begins with a descent down the iconic stone staircase as soft jazz music floats through the warm breeze. Guests are greeted by panoramic views of the city and river below, illuminated in gold as the sun sets on the horizon.
