กัลฟ์สตรีม แอโรสเปซ คอร์ป (Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.) ประกาศในวันนี้ว่า Gulfstream G800 พิสัยการบินระยะไกลได้เปิดตัวใหม่ทั้งหมดแล้ว โดยเดินทางถึงเจนีวาเพื่อร่วมงาน 2023 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2023) โดยเครื่องบินลำนี้เป็นเที่ยวบินทดสอบ G800 ลำแรก บินจากซาวานนาห์ไปยังเจนีวาด้วยส่วนผสมของเชื้อเพลิงการบินที่ยั่งยืน (SAF)
ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเครื่องยนต์ Rolls Royce Pearl 700 ที่มีแรงขับสูงและปีกนกที่ออกแบบโดย Gulfstream ทำให้ G800 มีประสิทธิภาพในการใช้เชื้อเพลิงที่ดีขึ้นและสามารถบินได้ 8,000 ไมล์ทะเล/14,816 กิโลเมตรที่มัค 0.85 และ 7,000 นาโนเมตร/12,964 กิโลเมตรที่มัค 0.90
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. today announced the all new ultra long range Gulfstream G800 has made its Continental debut, arriving in Geneva for the 2023 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2023). The aircraft, the first G800 flight test, flew from Savannah to Geneva on a blend of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
Powered by high-thrust Rolls-Royce Pearl 700 engines and the Gulfstream designed wing and winglet, the G800 features enhanced fuel-efficiency and can fly 8,000 nautical miles/14,816 kilometers at Mach 0.85 and 7,000 nm/12,964 km at Mach 0.90.
