Luxurious suites and two new F&B concepts including Anaalā energise Iniala Beach House’s enriching guest experience
(9th December 2024) Iniala Beach House, Thailand’s most exclusive and intimate hotel, announces exciting changes which will continue to set new standards for luxury living, with brand-new restaurant, Anaalā, helmed by Chef Ian Kittichai, opening this December 2024.
Foremost, Iniala Beach House announces the launch of a brand-new restaurant concept: Anaalā, created by award-winning Chef Ian Kittichai, the Head Judge on MasterChef Thailand and leading restaurateur and chef. This marks a significant step in positioning Iniala Beach House as a premier gastronomic destination within the Phuket and Phang Nga regions, with Anaalā joining the prestigious and celebrated One Michelin star Aulis Phuket, overseen by Chef Simon Rogan. Anaalā will offer delicious Thai cuisine from all four regions of Thailand, celebrating the country’s flavoursome and varied cuisine, with a menu that changes regularly, ensuring that every evening of the week brings a fresh culinary adventure. Anaalā, the first of the two new restaurant concepts at Iniala Beach House, will offer elevated Thai cuisine centred upon traditional home cooking in a paradisiacal setting right on the sands of Natai Beach. Named after the live grilling concept of the restaurant, Anaalā’s name originates from South Asian languages, meaning fire or the god of fire in Sanskrit.
Both in-house guests and outside guests will be able to enjoy a unique menu at Anaalā, showcasing delicious Thai flavours, traditional barbeque dishes and beloved favourites every evening, all whilst looking out over the turquoise Andaman Sea. The menu will include daily caught fish and seasonal ingredients, alongside premium sourced meat, some grilled fresh on the beach BBQ. Anaalā will also offer a sharing, family-style set menu, featuring salads, soups, curries, wok-fried vegetables, rice and tempting desserts. Guests will be able to pair the flavoursome cuisine with local beers, cocktails and an extensive selection of wines. Highlight menu items include Soft Shell Crab Pomelo Salad, Tom Yum Seafood, Grilled Turmeric Grouper, Mango Sticky Rice and Grilled Tiger Prawns, just to name a few.
Chef Ian Kittichai, who can be seen as the Lead Judge on the Emmy-nominated MasterChef Thailand and the current season of Hell’s Kitchen Thailand, comments: “I am delighted to open the doors to Anaalā, it’s an incredibly exciting era for me and perfectly timed with the relaunch of Iniala Beach House in the beautiful Phang Nga region.
