With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the luxury hospitality industry, Klara brings a wealth of experience, dynamic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
Throughout her career, Klara has held senior positions in renowned properties, including Adriatic Luxury Hotels, Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, and the historic Lopud 1483, where she successfully balanced operational efficiency with unforgettable guest experiences. Klara’s journey in hospitality exemplifies dedication and growth, having worked her way up from Guest Relations Officer to Assistant Quality Manager, Corporate Quality Manager, Operations Director, and General Manager.
Along the way, she has honed her skills in every facet of hotel operations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Her trajectory is a testament to her ability to adapt, innovate, and inspire across various high-profile properties. Her expertise in quality management, team building, and innovative strategy will position her as a driving force behind the continued success of Maslina Resort.
A former professional volleyball player and member of the European Champion team in 1998, Klara’s athletic background has deeply influenced her leadership style. “Being an athlete taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience — qualities that have shaped my approach as a manager," she shared. As captain of her youth volleyball teams, Klara developed a knack for motivating others, a skill she has carried into her hospitality career.
In her new role, Klara is eager to further Maslina Resort’s reputation as a haven of Mindful Luxury. “Joining Maslina Resort is an incredible honour. This resort embodies the perfect harmony of sustainability, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality. My goal is to nurture this philosophy, inspire my team, and craft experiences that connect our guests with the natural beauty and culture of Hvar Island.”
