Ladenstein Yachts is unveiling its new flagship, the Ladenstein 88, with construction beginning in Bang Pakong, Thailand. The 90-foot yacht, the largest in the current Ladenstein lineup, promises ample entertainment space and a sleek GRP hull, continuing the sporty design of previous models.
Designed by shipyard founder Markus Ladenstein, the L88 offers a beam of about 23 feet and a customizable interior. Owners can choose between the “European," “American," and “Celebrate" layouts, featuring three to five staterooms and a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck.
The main deck includes a light-filled salon with towering ceilings, full-height windows, plush sofas, a retractable rotating television, and a secret bar. The foredeck features a sun lounge that converts into a sports area at the push of a button. The sundeck, one of the largest in its class, boasts an “innovative lowering platform," a Teppanyaki bar, alfresco dining, a Jacuzzi, and an outdoor shower.
The aft area includes a panoramic cockpit for outdoor entertaining and a beach club with sea-level balconies, a garage with a tender and Jet Ski, and options for a sauna, gym, or extra water toys.
Powered by twin MAN engines, the first L88 will achieve cruising speeds of 23-32 knots and a maximum speed of 26-35 knots, with optional MTU or Volvo IPS engines. The first hull is expected to be delivered in May 2025, with prices starting at $5.12 million.
