London, February 24, 2025 – Dorchester Collection is delighted to share its latest news from across its portfolio of ten hotels, including innovative partnerships, captivating art exhibitions, new menus and cutting-edge spa treatments.

THE DORCHESTER, LONDON

To further enhance the experience for younger guests, The Dorchester is introducing a new partnership with Parisian lifestyle boutique Atelier Choux. Renowned for its whimsical designs, the brand has crafted a bespoke illustration featuring the hotel’s façade surrounded by playful characters and hot air balloons. The design will be incorporated into the in-suite amenities for children, including pillow covers, duvets and cushions. Items will also be available to purchase as gifts or for guests to enjoy at home. The Dorchester will also launch a new children afternoon tea, including characterised cake toppers and colouring books, which can be enjoyed in suite or at The Promenade.

45 PARK LANE, LONDON

Renowned for its art exhibition programme, 45 Park Lane has started this year’s cultural calendar by showcasing works by celebrated photographers who have captured cinema’s most legendary figures. Icons of the Silver Screen: Legends, Moments, and Memories has been curated by Lily Ackerman of Ackerman Studios in collaboration with fine art photography gallery Iconic Images are available for guests and visitors to enjoy until April 20. Featured artists include Terry O’Neill, renowned for his portraits of stars including Frank Sinatra and Faye Dunaway, Gered Mankowitzs, Dafydd Jones, and pioneering fashion photographer Norman Parkinso.

COWORTH PARK, ASCOT

A new tasting menu at Coworth Park’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Woven by Adam Smith, will encourage guests to experience the evolution of British cuisine. The menu will include modern twists on classic favourites, with starters including mackerel and rhubarb tart and coronation chicken satay sweetbread. The main courses celebrate the best of British produce, with offerings such as salt aged Yorkshire duck with morel, three cornered leeks, and blueberries, and Hereford beef with oxtail, onion, and tarragon. Finally, those with a sweet tooth will be sated with chef Smith’s signature chocolate with sea salt and crème fraiche, and Yorkshire rhubarb with oat, buttermilk, and ginger. The tasting menu is priced at £165 with wine pairings or £110 without.

LE MEURICE, PARIS

In Paris, Le Meurice is starting the year with a focus on two new experiences at the hotel’s Spa Valmont. The hotel has partnered with world-renowned makeup artist Olivier Echaudemaison to offer guests personalised makeup sessions with all proceeds donated to Maison des Femmes, an organisation supporting women in vulnerable situations.

Spa Valmont has also introduced ‘Réveil du Gentleman,’ a revitalising treatment designed specifically for men, combining expert massage techniques with the latest Vitality products to refresh and rejuvenate the skin.

Le Meurice has also announced plans for a ‘four hands’ dinner in April, featuring the hotel’s chef Amaury Bouhours and renowned Brazilian chef Alex Atala from D.O.M. Restaurant in São Paulo. Two Michelin starred D.O.M is considered one of the best restaurants in South America and both chefs share a passion for showcasing local produce.

HÔTEL PLAZA ATHÉNÉE, PARIS

For guests looking to maximise their Thursday evenings, Hôtel Plaza Athénée’s Dior Spa has launched ‘Starry Thursdays,’ with extended opening hours until 10 pm and two new treatments: one is designed to help guests get ready for a glamorous night, while the other ensures a tranquil pre-sleep ritual for a restful night.

Looking ahead to the spring, the hotel’s La Cour Jardin restaurant will reopen in early May, with a fresh concept and brand-new menu for the summer season. The Plaza Cinema Club will also return in late June, with the courtyard being transformed into a cinema for eight evenings of film screenings under the stars.

HOTEL EDEN, ROME

Having been appointed as Hotel Eden’s executive chef last year, Salvatore Bianco is set to launch his highly anticipated new menu at Il Giardino Ristorante. Inspired by the Italian tradition of sharing, the menu features reimagined classic Roman dishes alongside family-style offerings. Complementing the new restaurant menu, Il Giardino Bar has introduced a new offering of innovative bites and cocktails inspired by the city of Rome.

 

HOTEL PRINCIPE DI SAVOIA, MILAN

In Milan, Hotel Principe di Savoia has debuted a new design for its lobby lounge, Il Salotto. Designed by Architettura & Interni Milano, the area blends classic elegance with contemporary sophistication, featuring warm shades of orange, comfortable leather armchairs, and mirrored glass coffee tables. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by carefully chosen fabrics and subtle shades, creating a cozy and welcoming space for guests to enjoy morning coffee, a light lunch, or a Milanese afternoon tea with classic British and Italian flavours. Il Salotto also serves as an exhibition space and will showcase works from renowned photographers throughout the year.

THE LANA, DUBAI

This spring the newest property in Dorchester Collection’s portfolio, The Lana, will launch an architectural tour which takes guests on a journey through the city’s innovative and futuristic designs. The ‘Eyes on the Future’ tour will start at The Lana, before venturing into the city to explore iconic landmarks such as the Museum of the Future and Jameel Arts Centre. Curated to individual guest’s preferences and utilising a private chauffeured car, the tour provides a unique perspective on the city’s past, present, and future, showcasing its commitment to groundbreaking design and architectural marvels.

BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL, LOS ANGELES

The Beverly Hills Hotel will continue with its annual programme of renowned events in 2025, including special activations to celebrate awards season and summer poolside film screenings. The Fountain Coffee Room will offer a new dining experience in the evenings, showcasing bespoke products in collaboration with Los Angeles’ most celebrated brands.

The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air will both offer a year-long programme of art exhibitions with Ackerman Studios, in partnership with CURA Art. This collaboration will showcase the rich diversity of Los Angeles’s art scene, featuring both emerging and established artists on site-specific installations.

HOTEL BEL-AIR, LOS ANGELES

Hotel Bel-Air continues its culinary evolution with the debut of the Living Room and Patisserie, complementing the newly reinvented Restaurant and Bar & Lounge.  The four distinct venues offer guests a diverse range of dining experiences, from casual bites to fine dining. Hotel Bel-Air will also continue with its annual calendar of events, including movie screenings under the stars and the end-of-summer BBQ. The hotel will introduce new experiences such as caviar and champagne tastings, exclusive dinners alongside Swan Lake, and a signature afternoon tea. Renowned for its wellness offering, Hotel Bel-Air will also be introducing new spa treatments.
