Paris, February 10, 2025 – This year to celebrates its position at the heart of The City of Love, Dorchester Collection’s Le Meurice will be offering a selection of unique experiences – including fine dining menus and unique treatments at its Valmont Spa – to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
DINING
At the hotel’s Restaurant Le Dalí, chef Clémentine Bouchon will present a Valentine’s Day menu combining traditional French cuisine with innovative touches. Located in the heart of the hotel in a room designed by Philippe Starck, signature dishes will include lightly cooked scallops with caviar beurre blanc and golden turbot with charred cauliflower.
Alternatively, at the two-Michelin starred Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, executive chef Amaury Bouhours has curated an unforgettable menu. Highlight dishes will include smoked Breton langoustine with fennel and grilled veal with sucrine lettuce and mint.
For those looking to bring a slice of the hotel home with them, chefs Cedric Grolet and Francois Deshayes have reimagined the classic candy apple in a special edition dessert. This Valentine’s creation features a caramel mousse, apple compote, Japanese vanilla sponge and a crunchy Breton shortbread encased in a vibrant red glaze – ideal for sharing or gifting.

For couples seeking relaxation, Spa Valmont will offer a bespoke couple’s treatment inspired by its Vitality range. In an intimate private double treatment room, women can indulge in the Vitality rituals, combining precise massage techniques with regenerating products, including the renowned Vital Boost, to restore the skin’s radiance. At the same time, men can enjoy the Gentleman’s Awakening Facial, tailored to address their specific skincare needs with targeted massage techniques to decongest the eye area, erase signs of fatigue, and refresh the complexion. The treatment is also personalised for different beard styles, from stubble to a full beard. The experience concludes with a glass of Champagne for the couple and a beautiful floral bouquet to take home, creating a truly memorable and romantic escape.
