The world’s most Michelin Starred female chef will bring a new era of excellence to Bangkok’s Culinary Scene

Hong Kong, 23 April 2025 – Le Normandie is poised to embrace an extraordinary new chapter as it welcomes world-renowned French chef Anne-Sophie Pic in late Q3 2025. This heralds a new era that pays homage to an illustrious past while stepping boldly into the future.

Anne-Sophie Pic is celebrated for her bold vision and avant-garde approach to gastronomy. Her philosophy, Suffusion, redefines French cuisine through intricate aromatic layers and deep connections between ingredients – an ethos that has garnered her global acclaim, including being named Best Chef in France by The Best Chef Awards. Her restaurant, Maison Pic*** in Valence, has been awarded three Michelin stars every year since 2007 and was heralded Best Restaurant in the World by Tripadvisor in the Best 2024 Ranking.
