Carna, Asia’s first outpost of the acclaimed Italian steakhouse and a MICHELIN Selected restaurant, is introducing a range of new à la carte dishes from 22 April.
Known for premium, responsibly sourced meats and authentic Tuscan flavours, the updated menu features highlight like Wagyu Rostbiff Carpaccio with Black Truffle (HK$288), Italian Marango OP Rib (HK$1,680), and Paccheri Milanese-Style with Beef Cheek Ragout (HK$398), alongside fresh appetisers, seafood, and grilled mains.
Carna’s new Butcher’s Menu (from HK$688 +10%) offers a family-style journey through Tuscany every Monday to Wednesday. The menu features artisanal appetisers, shared pasta or risotto, and premium chargrilled meats—including the exclusive 35-day dry-aged Pezzata Rossa beef—alongside sides, dessert, and wine pairings.
Carna’s new Nose-to-Tail Brunch debuts 26 April, available every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday (from HK$728 +10%). THE CORNER SHOP
The Corner Shop, an intimate art space celebrating local talent, presents the Busking Festival every Saturday in May (10th, 17th, 24th, & 31st) from 18:00 to 22:00. This vibrant event showcases original performances by Hong Kong street musicians, bringing together the community through music and culture. The festival kicks off with an opening party on 10th May.
