Bangkok, Thailand – May 14, 2025 – Bangkok sparkled on May 14, 2025, as Swiss watchmaker and jeweller Piaget held an exclusive ‘Play of Shapes’ dinner at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok’s Champagne Bar.
Co-hosted by Piaget’s Global Ambassador, Apo Nattawin, the event celebrated the exquisite form and artistry of the Maison’s timepieces and drew distinguished guests from the worlds of fashion and culture, including actresses Freen Sarocha and Faye Malisorn.
The intimate dinner showcased Piaget’s free-spirited ‘Play of Shapes’ – encapsulated by the Maison’s watch collections including the newly launched Sixtie, distinctive with an iconic trapeze-shaped case; the Andy Warhol, a collector’s favourite featuring a distinctive cushion-shaped design; the Limelight Gala, defined by sweeping asymmetrical curves that perfectly capture feminine elegance; and the Polo79, a modern day release of the original sports watch favoured by the 70s jet-set society.
Guests were also treated to a rare glimpse into Piaget’s artistic heritage with a curated selection from Piaget’s private collection, including stunning sautoirs and cuff watches – the very creations that changed the shape of watchmaking and inspires the daring creativity of the Maison’s creations today.
Complementing the night was a bespoke culinary experience by Chef Hathairat of the Waldorf Astoria, accompanied by live music that created an unforgettable evening for all in attendance.
