Edmiston has listed a new 169-footer already under construction but customizable inside and out by the buyer. The reduced build time means the owner will receive their one-off as soon as 2025, compared to the usual three to four years.

Project Secret, aptly named, was originally commissioned by a private owner and is being built by Tankoa Yachts in Genoa, Italy. Designed by Philippe Briand and FM Architettura, it aims to be a “floating beach house” with a layout for 12 guests and nine crew. Notable features include a full-beam owner’s suite with a sea terrace, a spacious beach club, gym, and wellness area, and a hybrid propulsion system for greater fuel efficiency.

Listed for €38.5 million (about $42 million), Project Secret offers the opportunity for customization and an expedited delivery timeline.
