Each pairing has been thoughtfully designed to enhance both the exquisite flavors of the dishes and the distinctive character of the wines, promising a truly unforgettable dining experience.
The journey begins with PRU’s signature dish, King of the Fruits, offering a harmonious introduction to the evening. This is followed by Black Crab & Green Curry, paired with the Yattarna Chardonnay 2019—a wine known for its confident, complex flavors, beautifully balanced with floral notes. A delicately prepared Lotus Root & Shrimp Paste comes next, served alongside the iconic Grange 1991, celebrated for its robust character refined over nearly 35 years. Then, Squid & Blue Cheese is paired with the rich and concentrated Grange Shiraz 2001, a bold yet refined match. For the main course, Aged Duck & Tamarind—PRU’s signature duck dish infused with star anise and black pepper—is paired with the exceptional Grange Shiraz 2018, a vintage awarded a flawless 100-point rating by Robert Parker, one of the world’s most influential wine critics. The experience concludes on a sweet note with Marian Plum & Phuket Pineapple, a delightful seasonal dessert that offers a refreshing and memorable end to the evening.
