Located on the 45th floor, Island Shangri-La’s Family Floor offers 21 luxurious themed rooms and suites, enhanced by exclusive family-focused amenities. Highlights include ‘The Hangout’—a dedicated living-dining-play space—and ‘The Pantry,’ which provides a wide range of appliances to make family stays more convenient.
This spacious suite, designed for festive gatherings and special celebrations, offers a unique blend of creativity and fun for families. Santa will enjoy a luxurious room with a king-size bed, while his little helpers have a dedicated adventure-themed room with exciting features like a slide. There’s also a separate living room and an independent kitchen equipped with cooking facilities, a hydro tap, and child-friendly utensils—ideal for a vibrant festive season.

In order for families to make the most of Santa Claus, Island Shangri-La is offering a festive family package, which includes a surprise Santa Claus in suite visit with a festive workshop for children, as well as access to ‘The Hangout’ for all day child-friendly entertained and round-the-clock refreshments.
The stay is complete with Cafe TOO breakfast for a family of four, evening cocktails at the Horizon Club Lounge and a choice of dinner at either a festive buffet at Cafe TOO, a vibrant exploration of Hokkien flavours at Ming Pavilion or lively Teppanyaki cooking at Nadaman.

The Ultimate Christmas Indulgence Stay Package
For the ultimate luxury festive experience, guests can opt to stay at the ultra-exclusive Shangri-La Suite throughout the month of December. The Shangri-La Suite, at 222 sqm, is considered one of the most luxurious super-suites in Hong Kong. The Ultimate Christmas Indulgence Stay will include private butler service, in-suite breakfast for four in the private dining room, as well as a 2 hour open-bar experience with your own mixologist in the suite’s private bar.
In addition, guests will be able to choose a lunch for four at either Lobster Bar & Grill or Ming Pavilion, as well as access to the Private Cabana at the pool deck, complete with Krug Champagne, caviar service and a seafood tower.
