This bucolic equestrian estate sprawls over 740 acres in Granite Springs, New York, about an hour north of Manhattan and not quite nine miles from the tony hamlet of Katonah. It is, according to marketing material, the largest privately held parcel in Westchester County. In addition to all the necessary accouterments to breed and train thoroughbred racehorses—barns, fenced paddocks, staffing quarters, and the like—the legacy property is anchored by a stately 24,000-square-foot colonial mansion that’s infused with a relaxed sense of glamour. A separate pavilion houses a spa, a gym, and a 60-foot pool with a baronial fireplace at one end. Walls of glass disappear completely and connect the room to a series of carefully maintained formal gardens. An additional structure of 36,000 square feet has a separate access and awaits restoration and conversion to a car collector’s showroom, family office, or possible residential development. Not officially listed on the open market, Stonewall Farm is available privately with a price of $100 million.
