A Culinary Cocktail Gathering with Purpose – Supporting Children in Thailand

Ten of Bangkok’s most celebrated chefs are joining forces for a night of gourmet delights and philanthropy at the 6th Annual Chef Riders Fundraising Gala Night—raising critical funds to transform the lives of children with cleft conditions through Operation Smile Thailand.
Since its launch in 2019, the annual Chef Riders fundraising events have raised over THB 560,000 for various charities in Thailand, and this year turns its focus to transforming lives through access to critical healthcare.
Cleft conditions affect 1 in 700 children in Thailand, yet many families lack access to treatment. This year’s fundraiser aims to change that—one smile at a time.
This year’s edition features an all-inclusive cocktail reception, showcasing creative culinary creations made from premium, responsibly sourced local ingredients. With a focus on sustainability, the menu highlights fresh produce from small-scale Thai farms and fisheries—reflecting Marriott International’s commitment to environmental responsibility and local community engagement.
Bringing this culinary vision to life is an outstanding lineup of ten acclaimed chefs from leading Marriott properties across Bangkok. The 2025 Chef Riders include:

Each chef will present a unique dishes that celebrates local flavors and their distinctive culinary perspective.
