A Symphony of Culinary Innovation at the event’s tasting menu was a sensory masterpiece featuring premium natural ingredients expertly crafted with the chef’s unique techniques to create a truly exceptional dining experience. The meal began with an Appetizer serving a bold interplay of meat, hot sauce, and red beetroot, delivering a vivid and refreshing sensation to stimulate the appetite. This was followed by the Soup Course, hearty barley porridge with prawn, to offer comfort yet sophistication. For the Fish Entrée, Arctic Char, steamed at 50°C using the Vacusine function, was paired with carrots and potatoes for a balanced and delicate profile. The Main Course consisted of Chicken roulade roasted at 230°C, wrapped around steamed sticky rice at 65°C to create a juicy, tender, and distinctly Asian meal. Ending up with Dessert, “Texture" presented a refined combination of coconut meringue, mango, and lemongrass.
