Sin City อาจต้องคิดเรื่องเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น Steak City ซะแล้ว เพราะร้านสเต็กชื่อดังอย่าง “Cote” กำลังจะมาเปิดสาขาใหม่ที่ลาสเวกัสเร็วๆนี้
หลายคนยกย่องให้ Cote เป็นร้านสเต็กที่ดีที่สุดในอเมริกา โดยสาขาแรกบนฝั่งตะวันตกจะเปิดที่รีสอร์ทเวเนเชียนในช่วงต้นปีหน้า Simon Kim เจ้าของร้านซึ่งเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งร้าน “Coqodaq” ในนิวยอร์ก รู้สึกตื่นเต้นกับการกลับมาครั้งนี้เป็นพิเศษ เพราะเขาเคยอาศัยอยู่ที่ลาสเวกัสมาก่อน

Sin City might want to consider rebranding to Steak City, with the upcoming opening of Cote in Las Vegas.
Deemed the best steakhouse in America by many, Cote will unveil its first West Coast location at the Venetian resort early next year. Owner Simon Kim, also behind N.Y.C.’s Coqodaq, sees this as a triumphant homecoming, given his roots in Las Vegas.
Inspired by other Cote locations worldwide, the Las Vegas outpost will feature Korean BBQ and American steakhouse classics like the Butcher’s Feast and Steak & Eggs, along with a vast wine selection. Designed by David Rockwell, the space will include smokeless grills and a dry-aging room, with a Las Vegas twist including a tiered dining area and a central bar surrounded by private dining rooms.
Since its inception in 2017, Cote has garnered industry accolades, including a Michelin star, and expanded during the pandemic with locations in Miami and Singapore. Steak enthusiasts on the West Coast can finally anticipate the arrival of Cote Vegas, promising an unforgettable dining experience.
